Situation:
• After upgrade
• Few fiori apps not loaded
• Fiori icons missing on Fiori Tiles.
• After imported the TR for catalog/apps But not effected on SAP System.

1. Clear the server http cache
2. Clear metadata cache
3. Synchronize chip cache
4. Run cache buster

• Clear the user machine browser history
• Execute the below report for Recalculation of the SAPUI5 Application Index
• Execute the SE38 transaction
• Run the report /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE for Recalculation of the SAPUI5 Application Index
• After executed the report still Fiori apps not loaded or Fiori icons missing then follow the below process.
• If SAP_UI 7.58 onward, then execute the below report
• Report : /UI2/PAGE_CACHE_SYNCHRONIZE
• If SAP_UI 7.57 or lower then follow the below steps.
• SMICM Menu, Goto -> HTTP Plug-in -> Server Cache -> Invalidate Globally
• Execute the below report and Invalidate metadata cache
• Report: /n/IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP
• Run /UI2/INVALIDATE_CLIENT_CACHES
Backend System:
• invalidate the metadata cache for the gateway in the backend system
• Execute transaction code /n/IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP on the backend system and cleanup the metadata cache.
Clear the server http cache
• Clear the server http cache using below steps
• SMICM. Goto -> HTTP plugin -> Server cache -> Invalidate Locally and Globally.
Clear metadata cache :
• Execute the report for clear the metadata cache on frond end backend system.
• Transaction: /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP on Gateway
• Transaction: /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP on Backend and Gateway
Synchronize chip cache
• Execute the below report for sync the cache
• /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE
Run cache buster
• Execute the below report for cache buster
• /UI5/UPDATE_CACHEBUSTER
UI2 Cache
• Execute the below report for UI2 Cache
• /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES

• Execute the transaction /n/ui2/flp for open the the Fiori Launchpad on chrome
